Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Noble Integrations, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website nobleintegrationsllc.com (the "Website"), our services, and our SMS/MMS messaging programs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or transmit any of the material on the Website without our prior written consent. Work product delivered to clients under a separate service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Services and Client Agreements

Information on the Website about our web design, development, SEO, managed IT, and related services is provided for general informational purposes. Any services we perform for you will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement will control with respect to those services.

SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Noble Integrations, LLC, you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS/MMS messaging program (the "Messaging Program").

Program Description

When you opt in, you may receive SMS and MMS messages from Noble Integrations related to customer care, appointment scheduling and reminders, project and service updates, support ticket notifications, account alerts, billing notifications, and, if you separately consent, promotional offers and announcements about our services.

Consent

You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Website, by texting a keyword to our number, or by otherwise giving us express consent. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages, which may be sent using automated technology, at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you receive.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your mobile plan. Noble Integrations is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Messaging Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did originally.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change at any time.

Privacy of Mobile Information

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers who support our messaging services (such as messaging platform providers), solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you. Changes to Your Number

If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us promptly or reply STOP from the original number so that we do not send messages to someone who has been reassigned that number.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Noble Integrations. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to the terms of that third party.
